LGPD
Integratio's Commitment to the LGPD
The General Data Protection Law (LGPD), enacted in Brazil in 2018, establishes standards for personal data to be treated securely, transparently and with respect for privacy. The law represents an important milestone in the protection of data subjects’ rights, providing greater control over the use of their personal information. From companies, the LGPD requires the adoption of ethical and responsible practices in data processing, promoting trust among stakeholders and mitigating the risks of security incidents and breaches.
Integratio takes a proactive stance to ensure compliance with the LGPD, implementing a comprehensive set of policies and measures that guarantee the appropriate treatment of personal data, in full compliance with legal requirements. We are committed to protecting the privacy of the data of customers, employees, suppliers and partners.

Compliance Measures Implemented by Integratio
We have developed a Privacy Policy that clearly details the responsibilities of each department, employee and service provider in the processing of personal data. This policy ensures that everyone understands their obligations and is committed to data protection, in accordance with the LGPD.
We maintain a structured plan to identify, assess, and respond to security incidents that may compromise the integrity and confidentiality of personal data. This plan includes rigorous procedures for notification, containment, and risk mitigation, ensuring rapid and effective responses to potential threats.
We have defined clear guidelines for the lifecycle of personal data, from collection to secure disposal. Our policy ensures that data is kept only for the necessary time and disposed of securely, respecting the LGPD's principles of necessity and data minimization.
The IntegraDados system is hosted in a dedicated environment, protected by firewalls and with strict access restrictions. Only the system developer is authorized to make external connections. Access to the system is controlled by profiles that limit the level of data viewing and modification according to the specific needs of each user.
IntegraDados uses a robust authentication system, in which each user has a unique login and password. All changes made to the system are recorded, allowing full traceability and preserving data integrity, in compliance with the LGPD.
All Integratio employees participate in regular training on LGPD and good data protection practices. These trainings cover both the legal aspects of the legislation and best security practices, ensuring that everyone is properly prepared to handle data with the necessary diligence.
Our commitment to LGPD goes beyond compliance with legal requirements: it strengthens the trust of our customers and partners, promoting a more transparent and ethical relationship. We believe that these practices are essential to consolidate our authority and ensure the security of all parties involved.
